Beyond an English curriculum, Buttercup walks alongside schools and centers through Teacher Training, Quality Control (QC) and Operating consulting (SOPs) led by Buttercup's Trainers and CSMs.
Buttercup's preschool English program is designed for children aged 4–7, built on Natural Approach, Communicative Language Teaching and Synthetic Phonics, oriented to Cambridge Pre A1 Starters. A Vietnamese context is woven in to connect warmly with children's daily lives.

A standardized operating kit helps partners run classes, enrolment and communications professionally — from a dedicated landing page and brand kit to parent-care workflows, so the center can focus on teaching quality.
Teachers are onboarded through Buttercup's process to be class-ready. Buttercup also runs sessions to connect the teacher community and help teachers grow professionally.
Buttercup assigns a Trainer to mentor teachers, schedules periodic observations and accompanies teachers throughout the rollout — ensuring consistent quality across classes.
